VOCAL HEALING (2007)

This new up-dated version of guided breathing excercises and toning through the chakras is a fabulous self-help guide to clearing and activating the energy centres in the body. Jana leads you through each chakra, track by track, with guided breathing instructions and a "tone" or vowel sound for each energy centre. This is followed by a short piece of meditation music and then seven chants which start at the crown chakra and finish at the root.
