FOUR-WEEK CHANTING COURSE AT SHEKINASHRAM

This course is for those wanting to learn vocal techniques, deep breathing and sacred sound healing. Jana will teach you to open and energize your chakras with breathing & toning as well as chanting Sanskrit seed syllables.

Learn to pitch your voice accurately and recognize how to understand the body as your sacred instrument...

Cost: (payable at first class) for 4 weeks: £32 (£20 concs) or £10 (£6 concs) per class.
